Strange cloud cover over northern Australia

Can someone go to this site, hopefully now! And tell me I am not seeing things concerning this cloud/rain cover on the radar.
Not sure if it is a clitch but it is too perfect.
I mean the circle of cloud/rain cover

It's probably a malfunction at one of the weather station on what appears to be that island.
Usually they cover anywhere from 15 to 300 miles swathes and get stitched together for a forecast. That is why some of the picture in a weather loop blinks on and off.
