I read an article a few weeks back where some of the members were talking about healing from a distance and self healing. I thought then I should start an absent healing thread but I just didnt get around to it Im sorry, and now, I feel a little selfish because my own need has pushed me to do it, I do not mean for it to seem like my own need outweighed the groups I hope no one thinks that.
Absent healing for those that dont know is practised when the patient is not present and is similar to prayer. It is possible to transmit healing energies over any distance and this form of healing, practised by groups or individuals, can be very effective. The patients may or may not be aware that this healing has been undertaken for them but may obtain much benefit from it, coming as it does from the love and concern that their friends and relatives have for them. Groups of Healers can either join together on a regular basis for the purpose of Absent Healing or individually send out healing energy to the person who requires it. Just to ask and to imagine loving healing energy surrounding the person can create amazing healings. Absent Healing can meet the needs of those people who are unable to receive contact healing either because we cannot put them in touch with a Healer in their area or for other reasons
So this thread will be dedicated to all and any of our members or their family and freinds who are in need of healing. Simply reply to the topic with the persons name, you may or may not disclose the condition, it makes no difference, the healing energy knows what the person needs.
