Now, although this cost is very large, and wouldnt be applicable as is to help desert area's, it proves the technology is out there that will end world hunger and water shortage...
Why are our leaders not doing something about utilizing this on a larger scale.. god only knows..
There is lots of technology out there indeed, but the elite won't let it out to help no one because their main objective is to reduce the population of earth.
We need to find the way to stop them.
