I just read the majority of the first book from "Allies of Humanity". How are we supposed to know who is bad and who is good? It mentions that many races will attempt to exploit our religious beliefs to try to unify us, but for their purpose. So regarding the FoL, how do we know their intentions are noble?
It just seems hard to know the intent, even if their message appears pure. The book was saying something about Conditions of Contact. And the reason they don't touch our grounds is because they want us to create our own freedom, and not become dependent on them. To me the FoL seems trustworthy, but how can we know?

There are a couple of ways we begin to know who is who, one, logic and understanding of universal spiritual laws.. any spiritually advanced race or being will not come here and "clean up our mess" for us.. all this talk the GFOL made of replacing governments and changing the money systems and all that stuff is not coming from any spiritually advanced race.. the FOL however always only said they would not have any contact, just show up, then go, to allow us to come to the next phase of our growth, understanding that we are not alone and to try to bring us together to fix this world we have corrupted and destroyed.. that is why i believe that perhaps the ones up their circling who do not have our best interests at heart managed to disrupt the FOL's viewing.. for those non believers .. you can keep non believing just please dont knock my beliefs.. anyway moving on.. the other way we know who is who is by learning to reconnect with our core of source energy.. or our higher selves.. this is only going to happen one way.. learning to silence the mind and going within.. 15 minutes morning and night of silent meditation, learning to be still, the voice of source or your higher self is quiet,.. this is the source of all knowledge and when we tune back into it permanently we can begin to get stronger with it and then be able to discern the intentions of others.. its a bit like Dianna Troy on star trekk... she couldnt read thoughts but she could tell the true intention of someone, and read their emotions.. this is a skill that we as human beings possess.. but it takes a long time to become that adept in it, and dedication to become reconnected.. also a willingness to embrace new concepts and to accept that as humans we are babies in the universe and start out at this point knowing basically nothing.. if we can do that then we will begin to be able to tell the difference..
in the meantime we should put up a big stop sign and say.. you know what.. thanks for the offer but we are waking up slowly and I dont think we need your complete revamping of our planet just yet..
