Hmmmm, Lissa,
Very well written. I like it, but truthfully, I need a few days to process it and see how I FEEL about it. Are we leaving something out? Do we insult their intelligence with this? I am just asking myself questions before I cast a vote for something.

Hi Lissa,

Thank you for sharing your declaration with us and I must also commend you for the time and effort that
you have spent on putting this information together. I understand the concerns you may have about our
spiritual evolution and our freewill to make choices and decisions for ourselves without any interference
from outside forces, with that said, your point of view is fully noted and you are definitely entitled to
your opinion and beliefs as to what your inner truths are. I’m sure that everything that was written in
the declaration was straight from your heart, out of much love and concern for the betterment of Earth
and its inhabitants.

However, I feel that there may be some contradictions concerning the declaration to the Federation Of
Light. You mention that you wanted humanity to spiritually evolve on our own terms and should have
the freewill and choice to do so without help or interference, but to the best of my understanding, by
writing this declaration on behalf of Earth’s inhabitants without our full knowledge and approval of it,
isn’t that in a sense going against the freewill of the people of Earth?

Many of us have not been given the option to give our opinions or ideas as to what we want or do not
want from the FOL in this declaration, and yet you feel the need to take it upon yourself to write up this
draft that you want to present to the FOL before first contact occurs on behalf of the people of Earth.

I truly respect your point of view of the matter and your concerns for our well being, but I do not feel that
you speak on behalf of all Earth’s inhabitants, especially when we were not initially involved in the
writing process to begin with. While I do agree with some of your points and concerns, I somehow feel
from my heart that other points are being expressed through fear of the unknown, and perhaps more
research is needed to understand the whole spectrum of the world that has been kept from us for so long.

I have done a lot of research and yet there is still so much more research that goes into understanding
not only our true history, our origins, religion, the powers that be, UFO’s, the different kinds of extra
terrestrial beings, abductions, contacts, chanellers, the universe, different dimensions, different cultures,
myths, our world, the Hollow Earth, creation, dreams, reality, etc., and how it all ties in together. We all
have a piece of the puzzle and if we can all come together to put the pieces together, then perhaps we
can better understand the bigger picture.

I feel that before a declaration is even drafted up, much research and understanding of the bigger picture
should be taken into account as well as conducting a survey that allows the people of Earth to decide
what they want and don’t want included in the declaration, that is what I feel FREE will is all about and
isn’t that what you strive towards?

To be honest with you, I don’t even think that many of us would have even opened up our minds,
expanded our way of thinking, understood or even know what consciousness, spirituality, enlightenment,
evolvement, ascension, freewill truly is. Without the initial seeds that have been planted here and
assisted to us by our space brothers and sisters, but please don’t take my word for it, do some research
and seek out the answers, as I’m sure it will unfold for you.

I feel there is a sense of Love and spirituality that resonates from within their poetic messages, of course
it is always wise to use discernment with any information one comes across because there is a lot of
disinformation out there. When reading or hearing certain channelled messages, go deep inside your
heart and your inner self and see if it resonates within you or if it feels sincere. I also find that doing
ample research and investigations on your own can make a huge difference with certain information
given, that way one can clarify the differences between truthful information and what’s not.

Wouldn’t you also agree that if the FOL, with their advance technologies, wanted to take over our planet
that they could have easily and effortlessly done that a long time ago, especially if they’ve been around
for eons of time, much before we even existed here on Earth?

Are we in the position to judge these beings from the FOL before first getting to know who they really are
and without giving them a fair chance to prove their intent? I would hope that people would want to get
to know me first before judging me or my intent without knowing who I am. I feel that love is about
being open, understanding, giving people chances to prove themselves, treating others with respect
and love.

Why would they go through all of the trouble of awakening us to a higher consciousness, guiding us
towards spirituality, enlightening us with information, sending us messages of Love and Light, preparing
us for ascension, gaining our trust, planning for first contact, and then try to control us? How does that
make any sense, why even go through the trouble?

Do you really think that these particular beings from the FOL would have come to assist, guide, help, or
intervene without us first inviting or asking them to do so?

I’m pretty sure that many people on Earth have become more consciously aware and open minded
enough to understand that we are not alone in this vast universe, and that there are those benevolent
beings that are more spiritually evolved who really do have our best interest in mind and do not conduct
deals in secrecy, but rather come directly to the people so that we are not left in the dark with what is
currently going on in our world.

Yes, there are those malevolent beings who have completely violated our rights and have gone against
our freewill and made deals behind our backs with the powers that be, abducting people and doing
experiments on them for the exchange of technology used as weapons for war. Once again don’t take my
word for it, please do your own research into these matters and come to your own conclusions.

I’m more then certain that many people through prayer or meditation have called out to the FOL and
have invited them to assist us because we alone do not have all the answers nor the proper technology to
fully undo our current situation, and where would we start in fixing the mess created. Many truths have
been hidden from us by the powers that be and we must first get answers from them.

Also in the declarations you wanted certain rights to be addressed by the FOL and I definitely agree with
some of the requests you made, but before requesting our rights from the FOL, of whom we don’t even
know just yet, shouldn't we demand those rights from our own government and question their motives
first? We are so concerned and question every motive or intent from the FOL, but most of us don’t even
question or demand answers from the forces that are running our world into the ground and we’ve just
allowed it to happen before our very eyes.

Why are we so tough on the FOL who seem to have nothing but a loving intent and have not done any ill
will towards us as of yet, but we’ve allowed the powers that be which is in our backyards to get away
with so many atrocities, greed, power, genocide, mass murder, destroy Mother Earth, allow people to
starve all over the world, ongoing wars, lies, manipulations and we hardly even question their motives?

Where’s the reasoning in that?

Also the reasons we are not allowed to explore space and we have a quarantine around Earth is due to
the fact that we are not quite spiritually evolved yet and we are still a very destructive race, we not only
have used our weapons against other Extra Terrestrial beings, but have also raped Mother Earth of her
natural resources, turned to war for solutions, committed massive genocides towards millions of our
people, we allow millions of people to starve each and every day, rob the people by using their hard
earned tax dollars for "War", rather than helping our own people. So I think it is quite understood why
we're not allowed to explore space further, I wouldn’t want us to go destroy another planet for our own
personal gain either, it just wouldn’t be right.

I also believe in my heart that more than anything the FOL wants to welcome us into space and be a part
of their Federation, but we must first clean up our act, become more spiritual and less aggressive towards
others and ourselves. I feel the FOL are more then willing to help assist us with this process, for our time
is getting much shorter and shorter before the ascension process is to take place.

As I read correctly, they did not say they would come and do the work for us, but rather they would help
assist us and we would also have to do our part in cleaning up the mess that we created as a race.

Is it so bad that they want to help assist us with our current world crisis, peacefully bring us together as a
family unit of Earth, open up our minds to love and spirituality, assist us with putting a stop to the
powers that be that are trying to stop our evolvement, prevent us from wars and nuclear destruction?

I know we as the people of Earth have the power to get things rolling in the beginning stages, but there is
much help that is needed to undo the mess that we have created. You said that we should be able figure
things out for ourselves with our own freewill so we can evolve, so I ask you this:

What are YOUR plans for taking down the powers that be, fixing the financial crisis, ending war, ending
poverty, starvation, diseases, saving mother Earth from the pollution and harm that we all have brought
upon her each and every day?

What are YOUR plans towards ending the aggression, hatred, division of classes, racism toward each other?

What are YOUR plans to create a more peaceful and loving environment where we can finally unite as a
family of earth?

So yes, in my opinion and free will choice, I feel that an intervention and assistance is much needed so
that love, peace, spirituality, a new paradigm of harmony and balance can start to shift into place for the
highest and best good for all concerned, because let’s face it, the current state of crisis that we're all in at
this moment is a very serious one and it can lead to a very devastating results. I for one feel that enough
is enough and we need positive changes wouldn’t you say?

One last thing that I wanted to point out is the channelled message that blossom received that
specifically said that the FOL are not here to interfere in our evolvement, but rather they are here for an
intervention, there is a BIG difference here.

Think about it this way if you have a family member who had an aggression problem, who is an abuser, or
who is addicted to drugs, wouldn’t you out of love want to intervene, to help assist them into getting the
proper attention and care that they needed? I doubt that any one of us can turn our backs on our
husband, wife, children, brother, sister, mother, and father, I would hope that out of love one would help
guide them on the right path so they can continue to grow or evolve.

I feel that the FOL are here in a loving, caring, spiritual way, helping to assist and guide us towards the
light because in a sense we are all family, we are all interconnected, we are all energy that comes from
one source and that is the Divine Creator of all that is.

So on that note let’s try to lighten up and see what happens first shall we, then decide accordingly how to
react on the matter, let’s hold off on the declaration for now and depending on what happens on the
14th of Oct., good or bad, we’ll all decide what to do next.

Please let’s be of joy, love and much light, we all are so bogged down by fear and insecurities that we no
longer know how to trust within ourselves. I bless you all and I send unconditional love and abundance of
bright light to all of you, my brother and sisters of Earth.

Before you can make a "declaration" you should be informed on several topics that you may
not be aware of already, and have to do further research to gain a greater understanding
of the state of our current society is in, and the devastation we are heading towards
if something is not done about it very soon.

I would also appreciate it if you did further research on the topics of the N W O, the
ILLUMINATI, and the shadow governments that have been ruling our earth for thousands
of years, without much public knowledge. These are the reasons why change is needed badly.

You should also learn about the financial system and how it was created to keep
the majority of people in debt, and in fear, in order to feed a reptilian race here
on earth. Were you aware that this has been going on already?

views on behalf of planet Earth?

I see you've copied parts of it, left out parts and altered other sections. Good for you! I like it. It shows me we're starting to think together more as a planet ('planetism') rather than individual nations (nationalism). Too bad we don't have a unified world forum where we all act like fellow humans and have a vote, or the equivalent. The United Nations just doesn't cut it for me because I don't get to participate. So, maybe you should start one? Like the United Nations of Garden Variety Humans ..?

Anyway, I have some thoughts on your declaration. First question; by what authority do we, as humans, make these claims and demands? Simply making claims and demands in isolation won't garner respect from advanced forms of life. And I include humans in that category. As a sentient creature I ask "What's the basis for your claims?". I suspect aliens do that too. Let me give you an example. You said:

"The right of occupation. As the native people of the one known inhabited planet of this Solar System, we claim this Solar System as our sphere of influence. ... We claim the right to travel and explore within our Solar System ... etc."

We do not know yet if earth is the only inhabited planet in this solar system. Even if it is, we don't know if we're the dominant species. Even if we are, does that give us the right to "claim" our solar system to use as we please? We've already made a mess of this planet, now we're saying we want to extend that to the remainder of the solar system? Uhg.

What makes you think we're native to this planet? What if we're the aliens, as Carl Sagen once suggested, that we are the result of aliens introducing our species to this planet long ago? Even if we are native to earth, what it is about us that is "native"? Our physical bodies? Spiritual bodies? Our souls ..? Is it our physical nature only that makes this Declaration? Or does our spirit say to the remainder of the spirit world, and all it includes, God and everyone, that humans have a list of demands?

On what basis do these demands have merit? Making them is easy, the whole things sounds great to me: We declare ourselves masters of this solar system and that's all there is to it. Cross our boundaries and, boom, we'll defend ourselves. What if dolphins made such a declaration and delivered it (somehow) to our United Nations security council. Imagine that as far as they were concerned, they are the highest form of life on earth and in the solar system. After all, they haven't trashed the planet, they're peaceful, loving, playful and they don't have wars, the scope of their domain (oceans) is almost three times the size of the scope of human domain (land), that list could go on. Anyway, what would do you think the reaction would be at the U.N.?

I guess I'm just a little soft on the idea that we are going to demand this and claim that while few, if any, on this planet know who we really are.

I hear what you're saying, Lissa... and I feel a bit taken back and hurt that they reconize those aggressive and warring people only. It's true that I can't imagine the way we'd look... or perhaps I can, I can't even watch the news now!... but I know that we are not all like this. Many of us are changing.

I'm concerned that they do not understand human spirit well... the tighter you bind a human, the harder they struggle.

And I see nothing in that message about their intentions with us. I know that there are bad intentions towards us, easily hidden and wrapped up with pretty promices, so it concerns me when we're told that there will be changes made with or without our consent without giving us an idea of what to expect and some way of proving their good intent.

Perhaps we do need help. Perhaps all we need is a good (and I don't mean literally) kick up the bum to remind us that it;s OUR responsiblity. Earth is filled with humans and it's true, global attitudes take a bit to get rolling but once they do... we really start to roll. But if we get help, we need to have equal say in it...

As for your writing, it was good. Perhaps it should be altered in reguards to the solar system though, as we really don't know if we were the first. Maybe 'As we believe to be the first, we ask that it be concidered that the Solar Systam ...'blahblah... you know?
